As we move toward our 22th year in business, we'd first like to thank our many customers and especially the ones who have been with us for many of the 22 years we've been in business. Though many companies say that service is important, we live it, everyday. We feel that we are second to none when it comes to customer service, lead by our long time, industry veteran Hiroshi Kish who is our Operations Manager. Hiroshi and his team take those after hour phone calls, calls on weekends, anything necessary to keep our customers satisfied.
We also feel that our suppliers are some if the finest if not best in their industries when it comes to quality and service. One thing we have learned over our 22 years is that quality and service always overshadows the temptation of a low price.
It's been a great ride so far, back when we started, many of the technologies and products were not even developed. Many sectors boomed for periods (i.e. phone card dispensers, Internet Kiosks) but as technology advanced, these have fell to the wayside. We're always striving to stay at the head of the curve when it comes to hardware and software technology and we look forward to continuing our legacy of being #1 in customer service.
